LATE RED CHICORY IN ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, 220G
Red radicchio in BIO extra virgin olive oil produced with tufts of late radicchio from the farm or sourced from organic farms, harvested in the autumn months after the first frosts, cured and manually cut into small portions.
The heads of radicchio are then hot acidified with a mixture of naturally fermented shavings wine vinegar, water, aromatic herbs and spices. The jars are filled with high quality cold pressed extra virgin olive oil.
