Basil pesto, pine nuts and walnuts, handcrafted with basil grown directly on the mountain farm, 700 meters above sea level. This pesto is perfect for quickly and genuinely seasoning pasta, or as a condiment for fresh summer vegetables.
The fresh basil leaves are finely cold-chopped together with pine nuts, walnuts, lemon juice, garlic in very small quantities, and extra virgin olive oil. The mixture obtained is then cold placed in jars by adding a drizzle of top quality extra virgin olive oil.
