Red vinification with whole berries, to maintain the fruitiness, 16 days maceration to obtain great structure. Aging in new and second passage barriques and third passage tonneaux for a period of 36 months and in bottle for 6 months.
Method of harvest: by hand in small boxes.
State of the grapes: perfectly ripe at the time of harvest.
Harvest time: last week of September.
Grapes: This Merlot derives from the union of different clonal varieties of the same vine. The clones used are the following: 348, F4, F6, 181, 184, R3, FV4. The union of different clones allows us to obtain a very complex wine with multiple nuances.
TECHNICAL NOTES
Color: Ruby red tending to purplish
Aroma: Recalls the scents of black cherry, blackberry, plum jam and chocolate.
Taste: The first sensations are those of blueberry in alcohol and wild blackberry, which slowly fade, leaving in the mouth a pleasant hint of cocoa perfectly blended with the essence of oak.

Merlot is a soft and harmonious wine, thanks to these organoleptic qualities, it can be considered an ideal wine to be enjoyed during a meal. It goes perfectly with roasted or grilled red meat dishes, stews, boiled meats, cheese selections, risottos and first courses with elaborate sauces.
