The Luigi Faleschini mountain farm has been cultivating with passion since 1990, the year in which the activity began, vegetables, ancient fruits and small fruits, with controlled and certified organic methods. The company is located at 700 meters above sea level, in the valley Alpine Valcanale, land of the "three borders" (Austria, Slovenia and Italy) in the municipality of Malborghetto-Valbruna (UD). It is located within one of the most precious naturalistic areas in Italy: the millenary Forest of Tarvisio, which with its 24,000 hectares constitutes the largest state-owned forest in the country. The environment is in fact uncontaminated: the presence of industrial activities is absent and the surrounding woods act as a "green lung" for the whole territory. The richness of flora and fauna makes it this unique Valley, extremely rich in biodiversity and different life forms, which coexist among them and in balance with the inhabitants of the place.Organic fertilizations, crop rotations with various botanical families, s mechanical and manual cerbature, the use of products of natural origin for the control of the main pests and diseases, green manures of mixed essences to improve the fertility of the soil, are the tools used in the company for the organic production of fruit and vegetables, in compliance with the environment and the rich surrounding ecosystem.
