The cream retains the characteristics of its raw material. Parmigiano Reggiano is a cheese that contains only 30% of water and 70% of nutrients, therefore it is rich in proteins, minerals and vitamins. Good, digestible, delicate and very versatile in the kitchen, this cream is suitable for preparations ranging from appetizers to first courses, up to second courses.
