Crema al Formaggio di Fossa di Sogliano DOP (90gr)
The Fossa di Sogliano PDO Cheese Cream is a cream obtained from the typical Fossa di Sogliano al Rubicone cheese. The production of this cheese today is carried out in different areas of Romagna, the production of Sogliano is however the oldest. It is aged for three months in typical oval-shaped pits carved into the rock. The aging technique of this cheese in the pits has very ancient origins, it was buried at the end of August-September and the reopening took place on November 25, the day of Santa Caterina. Today it is a cheese which has been recognized the PDO, Protected Designation of Origin. Tasty cream that maintains the notes and aromas of the well-known cheese.
