Azienda Agrigola Fior Rosso - olio E.V.O.

Thanks to its fruity notes, this oil is very delicate and goes well with sparkling white wines and especially fish dishes. As a deconstructed oil, it has a floral aroma much appreciated by the female palate, which generally does not like strong flavors. Furthermore, considering the area of origin, we find intense fragrances and heady notes of rosemary, mint and sage.
